Why and How Does The Cloud Formation happen?

Evaporation and condensation have to do with the Cloud Formation. The water molecules in the vapor and reaches soaking making the water vapor look like clouds. Also the temperature, humidity, and the sea level from the earth all have to do with the Cloud Formation. Why does the Cloud Formation happen? Well, the main objective of the Cloud Formation is that the clouds apply as a wall for heat moving in and out of earth's atmosphere. The clouds distribute the dust, bacteria, and etc all over the planet's surface. See, we do need the Cloud Formation.
